Located in a very beautiful part of Perissa, just 100 meters from the famous black sand beach and only 50 meters from the main square of Perissa.

All of our rooms and studios are nicely furnished and decorated, creating a very warm and comofortable setting for your holidays here in Santorini.

The rooms and studios all have a private bathroom, fridge and small kitchen area and also a television. They also have air conditioning.

The upper level studios and rooms also have a nice balcony with chair and a table where you can take a seat and enjoy the lovely surrounding views. The lower level studios also have exterior furniture.

You will also find sunbeds and umbrellas around the swimming pool for the convenience of our guests. There is also a pool side bar operating where you can find drinks and coffees.

Getting from Santorini (Athinios) Port to Roula Villa

By Local Bus
When you get off of the ferry you will see several buses. One will be marked with “Local Bus.” It costs 2.20 Euros per person and will take you to Fira where you will have to change buses. When you get to Fira, you will find another bus that is marked “Perissa” which you will need to take. This bus will cost an additional 2.20 Euros per person and will make several stops along the way to Perissa. You will need to get off at the very last stop and this should be announced on the bus.

Walking from the Perissa Bus Stop (~5 minutes)
Once you have gotten off of the bus go towards the beach and follow the beach road. You will need to make your first right. When you reach the stop sign, you will need to go right. Once you have reached the main square of Perissa (that includes the Church of Perissa), there will be two roads on the opposite side of the square. Once is paved road and the other is a gravel road, you will need to take the gravel road. At the end of the gravel road take a right on the paved road and Roula Villa will be on the right hand side.

Direct Shuttle or Prearranged Taxi
Once you get off of the ferry find the tourist office marked “Holiday Tour Office” (the building is painted in yellow). The Holiday Tour Office can arrange a direct transfer to Roula Villa for 5 Euros per person. A private taxi is also available for 20-25 Euros but you will need to email us to confirm availability. If you should choose the private taxi, the driver will meet you at the airport with your name on a sign once you have retrieved your baggage.

If you are interested in a direct shuttle (mini-bus) from the Airport to Roula Villa this may be possible for 15 Euros per couple (1-3 persons; 5 Euros for each person beyond three) but you will need to email us to confirm availability. A private taxi is also available for 20-25 Euros but you will need to email us to confirm availability. If you should choose the direct shuttle or private taxi, the driver will meet you at the airport with your name on a sign once you have retrieved your baggage.
